Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which AquaShort accepts cancellations, returns, and refunds for its water purifiers and related services. This policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness to all customers.
Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
Customers may request cancellation of their order before the product has been dispatched. If approved, a full refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction or payment gateway charges, if any.
Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If approved under exceptional circumstances, shipping charges and related logistics costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns (Before Installation)
Return requests must be raised within the specified return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable logistics and handling charges.
Returns (After Installation)
Products that have been installed are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and usage considerations. However, in case of manufacturing defects verified by an authorized AquaShort technician, replacement may be provided as per warranty terms.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing: installation fees, service charges, AMC charges (if already activated), and filter replacement costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must notify AquaShort within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or documentation. Verified cases will be eligible for replacement or appropriate resolution.
Policy Amendments
AquaShort reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised version shall apply from the date of publication.
