   These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, installation, and use of AquaShort water purifiers and related services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Product Usage
   AquaShort water purifiers are intended for domestic and light commercial use only. Users must operate the product in accordance with the user manual and safety instructions provided at the time of installation.
   Any misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or improper handling of the product may result in performance issues and will void applicable warranty coverage.
3. Installation & Service
   Installation should be performed by authorized technicians where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate site conditions including water pressure, water quality, electrical supply, and sufficient installation space.
   Regular servicing and timely filter replacement are essential for optimal purification performance. Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules may affect water quality and system efficiency.
4. Warranty Policy
   AquaShort products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, accidents, natural disasters, or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
5. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed as per the agreed terms before dispatch or installation, unless otherwise specified in writing. Promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.
6. Returns & Cancellations
   Return or cancellation requests must comply with the company’s return policy in effect at the time of purchase. Products must be in original condition and packaging where applicable. Installation, delivery, and service charges may be non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
   AquaShort shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the original purchase value of the product.
8. Environmental Responsibility
   Customers are encouraged to dispose of used filters and purifier components responsibly in accordance with local regulations. AquaShort promotes environmentally conscious practices in product design and usage.

   AquaShort reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall apply from the date of publication.
10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AquaShort operates.
